GlitterFart is a bespoke costume design and creation business based in Melbourne, Australia. GlitterFart's unique creations have been delivered all around the world. Solely run by April Dawson; a dancer, acrobat and circus performer extraordinaire. Every costume is handcrafted by someone who understands the demands of performing, the importance of fit and how to make things shine under lights. Possessing an insatiable love for sparkles, a keen eye for detail and meticulous approach to creating, April specialises in all things dance and circus.
Working on bigger shows and projects April also loves to create unique costumes for specific purposes and themes. A keen bargain hunter April has a passion for repurposing garments and materials into stunning creations which shine on stage. From lampshades to kebab skewers and safety fencing, April transforms ordinary materials into breathtaking original costumes for circus, dance and theatre.
